Our Mission
Americans For Prosperity Foundation (AFPF) is a nationwide organization of citizen leaders committed to advancing every individual’s right to economic freedom and opportunity. AFPF believes reducing the size and scope of government is the best safeguard to ensuring individual productivity and prosperity for all Americans. AFPF educates and engages citizens in support of restraining state and federal government growth, and returning government to its constitutional limits. AFPF Legal Status
Americans For Prosperity Foundation (AFPF) is a nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
AFPF is permitted, within the limits of section 501(c)(3), to advocate specific views on pending or proposed legislation, regulations or other government activities, and to encourage citizens to contact government officials and urge an AFPF-endorsed course of action on the legislation, regulation or other government activity.
AFPF can accept contributions from individuals, foundations, and business entities in support of its mission. Contributions from individuals and businesses are generally deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes and under most state income tax laws. Consult your tax advisor about any conditions or limitations that may apply.
AFPF does not solicit or accept financial contributions or grants from any government entity, or from any foreign source.
